How long is the delivery time?
Within Sweden: 1–3 working days . Within the EU: 3–7 working days . Delivery times are approximate.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase. (If you offer free shipping over a certain amount – add it here.)
Why do you only deliver in whole boxes?
We ship our products in original boxes to give you the best possible price and a more sustainable delivery.
- Energy Balls: one box contains 8 bags of 80 g each
- Canned products: one box contains 6 cans of 200–250 g (depending on product)
- Lower shipping cost per unit – full boxes make transportation more efficient.
- Less packaging – fewer small packages mean less waste.
- Better protection – goods are transported more safely in original cartons.
Do you deliver outside Sweden?
Yes, we deliver to the entire EU. All prices are shown including VAT.
Products
Are your products natural?
Our products are based on fruit and nuts with no added sugar . However, some products contain the preservative E220 (sulfur dioxide) in small amounts to preserve color and flavor. E220 is approved under EU food legislation and is always clearly marked in the list of ingredients.
Are the products vegan?
Most are vegan, but always read the ingredient list to be sure.
Do you have organic products?
We use carefully selected raw materials, but our products are not currently certified organic .
Do the products contain allergens?
Yes, some products may contain e.g. nuts, peanuts, sesame or milk . All allergens are clearly marked on the packaging and in the product description.
How should the products be stored?
Store dry and tightly closed, 10–25 °C . Exact storage instructions are always on each product packaging.
Why don't all products have Swedish text on the front?
We always follow Swedish food regulations and ensure that all necessary information – ingredients, allergens, nutritional values and best-before dates – is available in Swedish on each package.
Some products retain their original design from manufacturing in Bosnia, but the Swedish marking is always on the back or as a label before they are sold in Sweden.
We have begun updating the front page with Swedish text, and it will be introduced continuously in new productions.

What payment methods do you offer?
We partner with Klarna for secure and flexible payments. You can choose:
- Card payment (Visa/Mastercard)
- Klarna Direct payment via bank
- Klarna Invoice – pay within 30 days
- Klarna Partial payment – split the payment
Returns & complaints
Can I return goods?
Yes, you can return products if the packaging is unbroken and you contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that you are responsible for return shipping and that the shipping cost is not refundable.

Can I return it if I have opened and tasted it?
No. For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened or sampled foods cannot be returned.
What do I do if the item is damaged or faulty?
Contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund according to applicable consumer regulations.
